Permanent brows are a form of cosmetic tattooing; they last up to 3-4+ years. These techniques are not exactly the same as regular body tattoos; as we do not implant the pigment as deep into the skin. Touch-ups can be done every 1–3 years to maintain color intensity and shape, depending on skin type, lifestyle, environment, and personal preference.

Yes — but it’s a cosmetic tattoo. Unlike traditional body tattoos that place pigment deep into the skin, permanent makeup implants pigment less deep into the skin. This allows the color to fade gradually over time while still delivering beautiful, lasting results.

No — we do not shave your eyebrows off. At the start of your appointment, your brows are shaped using an eyebrow pencil and the Golden Ratio Method. We remove stray hairs outside of the new shape, but we keep and incorporate your natural brow hairs into the design so they continue to grow normally.

If you have existing work (old pigment, faded color, or previous tattooing), please contact us before booking so we can evaluate your situation and recommend the best course — whether that’s correction, laser removal, or a tailored treatment plan.

Your touch-up appointment allows us to refine your shape, add any strokes or pigment that didn’t retain fully during healing, and finalize the look so your brows heal beautifully and last long-term. Skipping the touch-up can result in uneven color and a shorter lasting result. The brows are considered incomplete if the 6-8 week touch-up is not completed.
