At Suave Brows, our goal is to provide a professional, comfortable, and seamless experience for all clients. To ensure excellent service and mutual respect, please review the following policies before booking:

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 5–7 days in advance. If you reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, a new $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook.

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) that choose not to reschedule will incur a $100 fee.

  • No-shows / same-day no-call cancellations will be charged $150.

  • Policies may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis with consideration, but please understand that appointments are time reserved exclusively for you.
